Apologies for not updating in the past couple of days. Yesterday I was out of the building at the Indiana Council for the Social Studies yearly conference. Wednesday, I had to use my prep time to get things settled for the sub yesterday.
World History I - We are still talking about the Middle Ages. So far our focus for the Middle Ages has been Europe, which is where most of the Middle Age related material comes from. The next four chapters cover areas around the world and examines what is happening there while Europe is going through this time frame. We are going to go through these four chapters very briefly. We will be working through these four chapters on Monday as well. Students will be discussing the information they found on Tuesday.
Government - Students took a test today on the Legislative Branch, which was chapters five, six, and seven. Beginning on Monday, we will start discussing the Executive Branch and the President.
Have a good weekend, remember to set your clocks back!
