World History I - Today in World History, we started with CNN Student News. We then went on to finish chapter thirteen by talking about section five. Section five dealt with The Scientific Revolution and the advancements made in the early 1600's. At the end of class, guidelines for the project we will begin work on tomorrow were handed out. Students were assigned an individual to research.
Government - We also started government by watching CNN Student News. Then, we continued talking about the Executive Branch by covering the Executive Departments. Students were introduced to the President's Cabinet, and learned about its role and responsibilities.
