World History - Today in world history, 7th period caught up with the other two classes on material from yesterday. Then 2nd and 3rd period continued on through chapter four. Today, we covered how the Greeks explored via the sea, how they set up their city-states, and how their military strategy changed. Students were then given 10 minutes to read through the text book to add info to their notes. Finally, students were emailed a couple secondary readings about Sparta and Athens, and will answer questions about each. If it wasn't finished in class, it is homework.
Government - In 6th period government, they repeated what 5th period covered yesterday. Students should be reading page 437-451 in the text, and preparing for the next test which will be Thursday over chapter 9 and 10.
