Monday, October 8

World History - In world history classes today (2nd and 3rd) students finished their work from Friday on chapter five section three, which is all about the legacy of Rome.  After students finished, we moved into section four.  That section is about the rise of Christianity and its impact on Rome.  There is also some religious information as well, which hopefully the students are familiar with.  Looking forward, students will have a test over chapters four and five once we have completed chapter five.  The test is tentatively scheduled for Monday.  Also, with the quarter ending this week, students need to check their grades to make sure they are up to date.  All grades will be finalized at the end of this week.

Government - No government classes today.  Students will pick up chapter thirteen tomorrow.  When we finish chapter thirteen, students will have a test over chapters 11, 12, and 13.  That will also tentatively happen early next week.  Grades will also be finalized for the quarter at the end of this week as well.

In other news...
-Shout out to our girls' soccer team who won a sectional championship over the weekend!
