World History - Today in world history, classes did some work out of the text book from chapter fourteen. This will be the last new material prior to their final exams. Students will need this information as it will be on their finals. Students all should have a study guide at this point, and will be given time in class to review and ask questions to prepare them as much as possible for their test.
Government - Sixth period was the only government class that met today. This class continued our presentations on civil rights and civil liberties. Both classes will meet tomorrow, and will hopefully finish all presentations, and work through some material from the end of the text book. Students in these classes also have study guides, FRQs, and sample multiple choice questions to help them prepare for the final exam, and will be given some class time to review.
In other news...
-The freshmen boys' basketball team will travel to Tech to play the Titans in a game starting at 6:00.
-The JV and Varsity boys' basketball teams will be at home tonight taking on Covenant Christian with the JV game also starting at 6:00, and the varsity game following.
